Currently, we exclusively ship to the United States to ensure the fastest and most reliable service for our local customers. Every custom portrait goes through a dedicated creation and printing process. Please review our timeline below so you know exactly when to expect your masterpiece.

🎨 Phase 1: Artwork Creation & Approval

Because every piece of art is 100% custom hand-drawn, it takes a little time for our artists to capture your pet's unique personality.

  Standard Artwork Creation: You will receive your artwork proof via email within 2-3 working days after placing your order.
  
• 
  Priority Preview (Queue Jump): If you purchased our "Preview Your Artwork Sooner" option, your photo moves to the front of the line! You will receive your proof in under 24 hours.
  

Once you receive your proof, you can request unlimited minor revisions. The faster you approve the artwork, the quicker we can send it to print!

⚠️ IMPORTANT (The 72-Hour Rule): We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you within 72 hours of sending your proof, our system will auto-approve and send your order to print to prevent any further delays.

📦 Phase 2: Printing & Transit Times

Once you approve your artwork (or after the 72-hour auto-approval), we immediately begin the printing and framing process.

  Production Time: It generally takes 2-5 days to print, frame, and safely pack your order.
  
• 
  Transit Time: All US orders are proudly shipped via USPS. Once handed over to the courier, standard transit time is exactly 3-5 working days.
  

All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

📌 Important Things to Note:

• 
  Priority Preview is for Art, Not Shipping: Please note that purchasing the 'Queue Jump / Priority Preview' speeds up your artwork creation time (giving you a proof in 24 hours). It does not speed up the USPS courier transit time.
  
• 
  Photo Issues: If there is an issue with your original photo (e.g., too blurry, heavily shadowed, or a new photo is needed), this will understandably pause production and extend your expected delivery timeline.
  
• 
  Holiday Surges: During peak holiday seasons (November/December), our couriers (USPS) often experience a surge in parcels. Please expect slightly longer delivery times and order early!
