Yes! We'll email you a digital preview 1-2 days after you place your order. You can request unlimited edits. We only print once you approve it.

We review all photos as soon as we receive your order. If there's an issue, we'll email you to request a clearer one. The best photos are taken in natural light at eye-level with your pet.

We paint all pets! Cats, birds, bunnies—you name it. We can also easily combine multiple pets into one portrait, even if you only have separate photos of them.

We print on gallery-quality matte paper. Our framed portraits use lightweight solid wood frames and shatter-resistant acrylic glass, arriving ready to hang.

If you don't love your custom artwork, we will edit it as per your requests. We only move forward to printing once you tell us you are 100% happy with the design.
